CHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
To return or exchange an item purchased in the online store, you must fill out the return form that you will find inside the envelope or box that we have sent you.
- You must request the return or exchange by mail to email@example.com within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days following the date of receipt the product. For statistical reasons we would like to know what is the reason for your return to help us keep improving.
- In the changes or returns, the items must be sent in their original conditions and packaging, without being used or damaged, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer, except error or damaged goods, you must attach the invoice or a copy of it.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is your responsibility. Once approved the return and checked that the items are in perfect conditions and with the labels, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating which amount will be credited to your account through the payment system used in the purchase.
If you wish to cancel the order, you have the right to cancel it before the shipment is made, you must notify it to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will refund the full amount.
